We have hardware maintenance Service Level Agreements which we can offer as well.
This type of agreement is mostly used by customers that want a specific repair time on their equipment.
The equipment that can be covered under this type of contract can vary from desktops, notebooks, printers and servers.
We can offer various response times and repair times as well ranging from a Severity one for servers which is the most critical category. Upon logging the call an engineer will respond within the SLA response time, collect any parts that need to be replaced from the Supplier who we sign a back to back agreement with and repair the equipment within the specified timeframe as per the Service Level Agreement.
We can also include Loan equipment as an option on the Service Level Agreement.
